Green Home Solutions was so wonderful to work with! They are incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable and friendly. Finding black mold in our home was frightening, especially with two children. I contacted Green Home Solutions. They removed the mold from the bathroom. They were extremely professional. They finished the project on time and on budget. Recently, we had an air quality problem in one room of our home. I again contacted Green Home Solutions. Their team analyzed air samples from the room. They determined that we needed to clean all our air ducts which was a big help. To augment this procedure, they recommended an air and surface purifier. Now we have a healthy environment.
We had them come out to assess our mold. Very responsive, professional and honest. They were not salesy and recommended what they thought was best for us and our home. I would highly recommend them. They will be our go-to in the future for any mold-related issues on our house.
About 2 months ago both my dog and I came down with some really mysterious vestibular (balance) issues. After taking her to the vet multiple times and going to multiple specialists myself and coming back with nothing, I decided by process of elimination that the only thing we share is the air that we breathe. I sent the dog off with friends and she immediately began getting better confirming my suspicions. I reached out to Tracy first thing one morning, and they came the same day to do a sampling of my air in my condo. I told them that I had had a minor leak from my ice maker a few months ago and they investigated under my cabinets and found a great deal of some apparently very toxic mold. They provided all the documentation I needed to get the remediation covered by my homeowners insurance. Within a few days of getting the results showing the mold in the air and in my cabinets, they came back and remediated the mold, and a week later they came back and took another air sample to confirm that the issue was resolved. I will never buy a property without doing this testing in the future, it truly was a life saver.
My husband and I chose Green Home Solutions after they were recommended by our physician to remove mold from our basement. They came out, evaluated and explained what was going in our 95 year old basement. They answered all of our questions and were patient as we decided what our plan was going to be.
